Lay Practice at Wat Phuttha Uthayan Nathoeng

Lay participants are encouraged to observe the Five Precepts in daily life, or the Eight Precepts during meditation retreats. Through meditation, Dhamma talks, chanting, mindful work, and simple living, participants learn to develop inner peace while reducing attachment, stress, and suffering.
